“ So sad to see this place go. I come up several times a year, and have jumped all over, up and down the Hudson Valley to all different towns, bars and restaurants. This place was a total KNOCK YOU THE FU*K OUT VIBE. From the second you stepped off the sidewalk you were entranced into this hobbit hole. The atmosphere, staff, grounds, bar, cocktails are all top notch, total vibe. By far the best cocktail around for miles. Legitimate cocktail bar that absolutely knows what theyre doing. Quality, time, and service to every drink. I looked forward to visiting when I was around! Please come back! ”
“ There brick oven pizza is everything my kid and i loved it. I also had a margarita which also tasted pretty good. Go inside ask for the owner Nicholas, tell him his brother from another mother Kool (His driver) told your to stop in to check them out. The girls (bartenders) are beautiful and very nice, and you guys would enjoy sitting inside or outside by the firepits or on the old wooding swings. If you and your other half. “ On a relatively cold Saturday afternoon, we decided to checkout Early Terrible for their specialty cocktails. Their setup is very unique and the place has major wintery vibes! Lots of outdoor seating with fireplace in and around seating - enough to keep you warm enough as you enjoy their spirit forward cocktails. We ordered the Mezcal Penicillin (17) and Smoke Signals (19) both mezcal based cocktails which were prepared by, one of the most stunning and attractive bartenders / cocktail mixers. They do tend to get busy, so your cocktails do take a while to get ready, but the pretty looking ladies keep you occupied at the bar! Cocktails though are absolutely amazing and have a serious punch and flavor to it. We spent close to two hours at this location and there was enough for our toddler to be occupied with as well, including three swings at the entrance of this establishment. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again! ”

The food was delish! The well seasoned chicken kebab was our fave. But honestly it was all good. The bagel chips appetizer was on the thicker side, so not for the faint of teeth. Highly recommend! ”

Lovely to hang with some young people and the son of Michael Lang (Woodstock) We were celebrating at Utopia Studios and Bearsville Theater the music video career of Todd Rundgren!
